Becoming a SWANA Certified Recycling Systems Professional is the first step to opening doors that you once only imagined.  It shows your employer and your colleagues that you are committed to only the highest standards in our industry.

By earning this certification, you will demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in designing and implementing efficient and effective collection systems.  It might sound easy at first, but not everyone who tries becomes certified by the leading professional association in the MSW Industry - you must demonstrate a thorough understanding of recycling systems.

Once you've earned the title SWANA Certified, you'll know that you've accomplished something important.  Important not only for your job, but for your career.

As with all SWANA Certification Programs, a recycling systems "prep course" is offered.  This course covers all of the various topics included in the certification exam and will provide the latest information and techniques in the planning, design, and management of waste reduction, recycling, and composting systems.
